1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CodeMiners website (codeminer.co) or engaging our software development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CodeMiners provides software development services including mobile app development, web development, desktop applications, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and staff augmentation. All services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to you. CodeMiners retains rights to general frameworks, libraries, and development methodologies unless explicitly stated in the SOW.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Standard terms include a deposit upon project start, milestone payments during development, and final payment upon delivery. All prices are in USD.
5. Confidentiality
CodeMiners treats all client project information as confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs prior to project discussions. Our ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 compliance reflect our commitment to information security.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodeMiners' liability is limited to the value of the project engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
